Because ofAI i will never use your services again.Because you need the communicate. AI doesn't allow that, and it would be okay if you could email Or message and get responses, but you can't. But the repairman was nice he did his job, didn't leave a mess, very polite.

The sears repairman was great! Fixed everything in a timely manner! Sears itself...not so good...I contacted in APRIL because of a washing machine warranty... it took until today Sept 4 to get it fixed...

While my dryer did get fixed it took nearly a whole month to get done. While I understand timelines in today’s word what I don’t understand is making people be available from 7-4 for the work then not showing up or calling because they overbooked. Once was okay but 3 separate time was insane. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to talk to either. After the first no call no show they assured us we were bumped to the highest priority just for it to happen again 2 more times. Finally got them to show up the final time after they tried to cancel it the morning of. The individual repairmen are fantastic and did great work. Whoever is in charge of scheduling and the help line should be fired as they are useless.

Great technicians! The communication ability lacks. I could never talk to a real person until the tech showed up. I left special notes about the problem on the app. to try and streamline things, but those notes were never seen. What could have been 1 appointment (I had a diagnosis and just needed the part and the guy to put it on) required 2. I also tried to upload the photo of the model and serial number and the broken part. Neither would upload despite several attempts. But I did provide both numbers and the explanation to no avail. The window of time scheduled for your appointment is all day. That might work if it is your home appliance and you get to hang out there. But if you have to drive an hour to meet at a secondary location and don't know if you will need to be there at

Our Technician did what he could but unfortunately his attempts did not fix our issue. I was not as concerned with him as I was with service time. Our first appointment was on June 25. Here it is September 16 and no where closer than when we started. There was only 3 appointments scheduled during this entire time. Still no AC! Extremely disappointed with company attitude about our not having AC for entire summer. Basically, they showed they could care less about our dilemma.
