Sure, the staff seems nice, & they like to work with people to get what they need, but every time we make a purchase here our appliance will have issues. Right now I have $400.00 worth of meat in a used deep freeze we purchased from them & I had to go buy bags of ice to try & save it. When we try calling it takes days for a call back & then we wait longer for our issues to be solved. I tried telling my husband after the 1st time he bought something here that didn't work to stop buying here because the prices are decent & go pay more for appliances guaranteed to work! Upset. Very upset. My son also had an issue with an appliance bought here. If you like this business & don't have issues, lucky you!

Have bought a few appliances over the years we got our money's worth they work for a long time I need a refrigerator now and I'm going to J Scott's to get it!

This is my go to place anytime I need an appliance fixed. Friendly...and very affordable! I never feel like I was overcharged for any work they have done for me. Their used appliances are reasonably priced also. I highly recommend this place!

I just wish they would do as they promise but I think the owner is very easy going and understanding and he do try to keep his end of a deal, but the people's to that work for him is untrustworthy People's

These people know nothing. I had an element burn out in my stove they checked everything a didn't find it. And still changed me. I had to figure it out myself. I found the part online and installed it myself. I wish I hadn't called them I ewoul have saved myself alota of time and money. Never again.
