Hospital Parking Garage

Parking spots are tight, and you will need to be careful when pulling or backing into an open space. Very busy garage, unless you get there early, you will park on level 3 and above and have to walk/elevator down. Great payment option to get you in/out of the garage.

DO NOT FORGET TO TAKE YOUR PARKING PASS! You will need to scan the ticket at the kiosk when returning to the garage and you'll have a 15-minute grace period to drive your car out of the garage.

The parking company has notably improved the garage's cleanliness compared to the previous operator. Additionally, they are currently in the process of upgrading the revenue control system, which is a positive development. The customer service team performed well and was quite helpful. Kudos to the operator for their efforts. On the other hand, I strongly advise against visiting the hospital's emergency room; it was an absolute disaster, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Remember your space number and that P=Physicans Building Lot and H=Hospital Lot over the road and you should be fine. (We found signage on the Campus and in the hospital not so brilliant though. No use asking for help for a non-Medstar practitioner either as they are not networked).

I had a parking-related question and followed the website’s instructions to visit the parking office. Staff was rude and very unprofessional, and my question remained unanswered. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing experience. Save yourself a headache and go to a different hospital.
