House Maid Clean

Paid $600 for a deep clean/ move out clean for one of my rentals. No attention to detail. Left the stove disgusting and hair everywhere. Refused to give even a partial refund. The pictures were taken after they returned a second time to fix the issues.

Hired this company to clean my private residence on a bi-weekly basis and I am really unhappy with the quality of work I received. The total cleaning space was under 1,000 square feet in size (2 of the 3 bedrooms were excluded from cleaning as they are not used). The quality and attention to detail was very poor - toilets and kitchen sink not cleaned at all, coffee bar untouched, floors not mopped, etc. I once asked if she could wipe down the inside of my refrigerator and was told that was an additional $25 charge (I ended up doing it myself and it took me 15 minutes). Being charged a premium price of $100 for such a small space, I expected top notch work and that was simply not the case. Me and my boyfriend just got a new house and we needed a deep clean, and we heard about houes maid clean, she was very quick to respond. It consisted of cabinets, refrigerator, bathroom, calling fans, windows, oven, floors. Did an amazing job 5 stars!! would recommend!!!!

I just bought a house that really needed to be cleaned. The people smoked in there for decades. I needed the walls and ceiling cleaned and the kitchen. I looked at it and the kitchen counter was cleaned and the cabinets above the washer and dryer were cleaned. That was it. Not happy at all! They charged me $300 for that! I don’t recommend them at all!!
