I reached out to HOA for an estimate for a new gate installation and they took care of me. I outsourced bids from three companies and house of automation came through with the most competitive price and the gate looks great!!!

I had the unfortunate run in with this company when they had a very unsafe work environment, leaving Dangerous sharp metal in my driveway, which blew out my front tire. Wouldn’t asking why they left it in the drive. The employees became very confrontational. When calling the office, it was a similar experience.

This company is inept or unethical. Called them for an estimate to supply estimate to fix/upgrade automatic gate system which they installed. Been dealing with fabricated invoices since November stating they fixed the gate which never happened. All they were supposed to was supply estimates for various items. I sent them over 8 emails and several calls to accounting and service dept. Not one call returned and so much of my time wasted and if you can't return one call one can only assume this was intentional. I have no clue how you can run a business like this. Last invoice removed all of the bogus charges but still charged for a service call of over $385.00 for no repairs !

They do good work, but their prices are EXTREMELY HIGH!!! This is the most expensive company I've ever used to service our gate. They send proposals every few months, but our ownership does not take them seriously because the prices are frivolously high. Looking for another gate servicer.
