Houska's Ace Hardware

Stopped in for some hardware that I needed for my Jeep that Autozone and the other automotive stores didn't carry. An employee immediately stopped me to see if they could help and within a minute I had what I came for. The front desk associate was also very helpful in answering my questions about a carport I am considering purchasing. Overall great experience and exceptional customer service. I will be shopping at my local Ace harware store more often.

Steve was the best. He helped us find a new faucet cartridge for our shower, even gave us a piece of sandpaper to get rid of the calcium buildup. When the cartridge we bought was the wrong fit (our fault) he called a guy he knew at a local plumbing company (Milford Plumbing Supply) to have them find the part we needed and set it aside for us to pick up. AMAZING customer service, loved him. The nice lady at the counter was very helpful too with the return. Overall great experience.

Went here to get glass replaced in a picture frame which a phone call to them said they done. When I got there an older guy told me he doesn't do them and or I'd have to take the frame apart and measure the glass size and do myself. He stated they do glass replacement yet he yielded no help with it. He wanted to argue with me when I told him the job was too big for him to handle. I took it to Hobby Lobby down the street where the repairs where made. I was told disassembly of frame to replace the glass was part of the job by the employee at Hobby Lobby as well as other Hareware Stores that dealt with glass and frames. Plain grade(F)! Won't patronize again! Below is the picture needing glass.
