Lance and David, installers were on site before scheduled installation time and got right to work. They did not waste any time but did not rush. Excellent work ethic and installation looks great! Would recommend these two young men to anyone!

I originally contacted Houston Hurricane to get a quote for hurricane shutters. During that quote, I made a comment to Zach that I really wished I could replace the windows, but a recent experience with a popular window replacement company made that unaffordable. I was very delighted when Zach said you also provide hurricane-rated windows, and the cost was more reasonable - allowing us to replace the upper windows which are most difficult to cover during hurricanes. Our windows have a more unique shape, requiring an arched window above the standard casement window, and Zach did an excellent job helping me visualize how the new windows would look to calm my apprehension about spoiling the view. Mike and Deven came out today to install a power shutter to protect our from door. They worked quickly and efficiently to prep the area and then discovered that the shutter had been made too wide. They contacted the warehouse and took the shutter to have its wide corrected and were back in just over an hour. They had the shutter installed and wired in to power in about 80 minutes. They cleaned the work area and the door mat before they left and we couldnt be happier. If we ever need more roll up shutters we will definitely be using Houston Hurricane

Caleb & Tre did a great job. Very professional and made sure we understood what they were doing and what tge process was. There was one issue that was not their fault but rather, the shop didn't include the locking mechanisms. That was rectified shortly thereafter. Thanks a bunch Caleb & Tre, you made the process easier for us.
