We are very pleased with the service we received from Lanco Plumbing. The technicians were very professional and did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and cleaned the area completely before leaving. They made sure that we were completely satisfied with the job that was done. Would highly recommend using this company.

LANCO Plumbing was amazing! A super nice and helpful lady answered my call to schedule the appointment. They arrived as scheduled to replace the garbage disposal. The plumbers (two because of training) were fast, professional, and got everything taken care of with no hassle. Price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend LANCO Plumbing.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Lanco Plumbing for the win. EXTREMELY GREAT customer service. Hands-down, the best around. The last two times I’ve had to use them on separate issues. Total of 3 and all 3 were a separate issue. There was a master plumber and an apprentice, on the last 2 and the master plumber never talked down to the apprentice. I have a lot of respect for that, way to go yall I will forever be a lifelong customer. I don’t care if a best friend of mine opens a plumbing company. I t’s always gonna be Lanco. Rip off! Charged us for a job NOT done. Terrible customer service!! Told them we wanted our hot tub plumbing cut & capped bc we no longer use the jets. They accepted the job and arrived for the service as expected. Apon arrival immediately told us they couldn't help us bc they don't handle hot tubs, that we needed to call a hot tub specialist. Annoyed at this point bc was expected they could do the job, but fine. Upon their exit they admitted the person who took our call should've explained it was a job they COULDN'T do, then proceeded to expect payment for the call out anyway!! Then explained we would have to call to handle a refund!!!! After a week of phone tag with the manager, admitted it was their mistake for accepting a job they don't do. Then also expected to be paid!!!! Refused a

Justin arrive quickly after I received the phone call. Called the day prior and they worked me in for the next day. . He was courteous and professional. He repair the issue with the water heater and explain to me in detail what was wrong with it. He also quote me on a new water and installations for the future, which I thought is a very reasonable price. I will be calling Lanco from now on for all my plumbing issues. I highly recommend Lanco.
