The staff at the office were very polite and helpful when I called for information - Sarah, Shayla. I appreciated their courtesy and friendliness. Chris, the technician, was able to come over the next morning and take a look at the house, & said we actually don’t need mold mitigation. He didn’t charge us anything for his time. I highly recommend Rainbow for their professional packout service. Eunice, Jeff, and Rebecca did an exceptional job. They paid meticulous attention to every detail while packing, ensuring our belongings were safely stored in a climate-controlled environment. If we needed something from storage while we were away, they knew exactly which box to pull and bring to us. Unfortunately, Eunice had an unexpected emergency, so Lupita, Lupita, and Bonita came back to pack it back. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful. Despite Eunice’s personal emergency, she continued to communicate to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this company because they provide excellent communication, are punctual, and treat your property as if it were their own. Would absolutely use again, thank you.
