Darlin does great work and is always on time. He also pays close attention to detail with my unit. Very friendly and just a pleasure to do business with. We think of him more like family now. He’s been servicing my unit for years! We love him!

The technician was on time. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I have been working with Howell Chase for about 10 years. I have never had any issues. We do preventative maintenance every 6 months after I had Howell Chase change out a complete replacement system including the ductwork.

Hector and Josh got here, gave me an overview of what was about to happen, how long it would take, and went strait to work. They worked through lunch and didn’t take breaks By 6PM my incredible new Trane XV18 was running like a top. My home’s never been more comfortable and I could not be more pleased.

Howell Chase now does plumbing! Tyler is very experienced and a friendly professional. Our thermal expansion tank sprang a leak and was replaced in a few hours. Our new go to professional healing, air conditioning and PLUMBING experts!

Matthew was completely flexible and easy to work with. I have been unsure of the date to schedule the HVAC installation. Matthew told me he would be available to schedule service when we were ready.
