Howell Plumbing

We had a leak in our water heater and Howell came recommended to us. Tyler arrived and spend an hour with us. In the end he found no issue with our water heater but recommended we contact an AC person as it seemed to him to be a condensate line that sits above our water heater. Sure enough it was a gunked up condensate line which was easily fixed and we now have an easy method for keeping it unclogged. Thanks, Tyler!

Howell was the contractor for the plumbing with our new home construction. They returned to complete a few open items and Jason was our technician. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and addressed the situation. Also, very polite person who represented Howell well.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. After spending over $100,000 on a plumbing repair. We are still having plumbing issues in Daytona Beach. They have scheduled appointments two times no call no-show both times. I do not recommend Howell plumbing. Today 9/8 a different plumber came because Howell again could not make the appointment. The original backing up is because there is a broken pipe underneath the unit. More dollars. And the $100,000 question…. Did we need the new system? We will never know because Howell never used a camera inside the unit where the issue was occurring. I don’t believe that due diligence in diagnosis of our issue was completed by Howell. Beware of this plumbing company.

I just got back from vacation and realized my drain was clogged. I called and spoke with Brenda who said that her and John would personally come out and help me. And sure enough they did! I can not thank them enough. John’s expertise was in full action and not only did he fix the issue he took the time to explain and show me the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an exceptional plumbing service!
