Had what we thought was a minor drip from a shower drain. Called a local plumber recommended by a friend, who put us off a week, then never answered my text asking when he was going to come. Called Hoyle Plumbing and they were here same afternoon, and found and fixed a hot water line that was leaking and causing major damage under the house. We were unaware but they went above and beyond to find and fix it immediately. Friendly and reasonable as well!

I wasn’t even going to leave a review but after what I found in my basement today I felt the need to share. I will start at the first dissatisfied visit. Two years ago I had a busted water line. It took a month before they would even consider coming out because of all the rain we had been getting. They were concerned about not being able to find the water leak despite me telling them it was up on a hill and I had already dug it out and located it for them. Two techs came out, one obviously training. After they told me they were finished and bill paid I walked out to the area and between two young men, neither could cover and fill the hole back in that I had dug out for them. Jump to this year. I called to have 2 bathroom drains checked, one leaking, one slow to drain. And a leak under my

New washer couldn't be hooked up due to frozen, rusty connection. Andrew came out same day, polite, knowledgeable, responsive and fixed everything perfectly. Even installed drain hose and moved washer into place for us, confirming everything working perfectly. Extremely appreciative of great service.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. They did not do their job they charged a hundred extra dollars for a generator they did not use they were supposed to come out and snake my drain lines they did not snake my drain line they dug two holes in my yard and drilled a hole in the top of my septic tank and left not filling the holes in telling me that I needed to get somebody to clean my septic. So when calling them back to have them come back out here to snake my drains to do the job that they were paid to do that they never done the lady is going to tell me that since I was not satisfied with the service that they done the first time they were out here that she was just going to file my ticket away and that they would not be coming back. Took care of our water heater issues. Wasn't trying to upcharge or anything like that. They seemed like honest, and skilled workers. Best kind of plumber out there.
