I am so thankful for HP plumbing! I had waterlines bust and was able to get them to come out within a matter of a few hours to fix it! And not only did they fix it, but they double checked it and they made sure that their work was thorough and complete! The gentleman that came to work were so polite and professional. Additionally, I’m beyond thankful that they’re pricing is very reasonable because what could have been a family crisis turned out to be less stressful

I called with a back-up issue at 0900. They (Manny and Reid) arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. Thoroughly explained what they would attempt to do to resolve the issue and gave pricing info upfront before even starting. The two gentlemen were easy to talk to and very polite. They completed the job, cleaned their tools and work area and departed after making sure everything was as requested. Excellant crew!

Great couple of guys showed up. They were very professional explained in detail what was going on, and how to check for leaks fixed my line in a timely manner, showed up on time, you couldn't ask for a better group of people would definitely use this company again great job guys

I had this company replace my sewer line, and while the field crew initially seemed knowledgeable and friendly (estimating the cost between $3,000–$4,000), things took a sharp turn when the actual quote came back exactly at $4,000 — which felt a little too convenient. The real issues began when Benji, the owner’s brother, came out for the job. He didn’t introduce himself, was rude, and displayed a clear lack of professionalism. He failed to inspect the work area properly and buried my sump pump pipe under a pile of dirt, causing serious drainage issues. He also chopped up my old cast iron sewer pipe and carelessly threw the sharp, jagged chunks into the backfill — potentially damaging the brand-new line they had just installed.
