Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level. This explained why my water was taking so long to heat up. Since this was a new construction build and these corrections may have saved me several thousands of dollars down the road. I strongly encourage anyone with a tankless water heater to use their service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for maintenance next year. Thank you!
