Our experience at Rialto Townhomes, managed by Indigo Living, developed by Hubbell Realty Company -- has been nothing short of disappointing. What was marketed as “luxury living” quickly became a lesson in how not to manage a community OR develope a community. From day one, safety and maintenance issues were ignored. The front door trim was removed, exposing nails, and wasn’t fixed until weeks AFTER move-in. Water leaks reported in May and June 2025 were never properly repaired—only partial fixes were made. To this day, water still enters during rainfall, which is a risk of producing AMG (assumed mold growth). I have lived in the same place for 19 years and have been through several management and the management who's in charge now do not do anything to make this a peaceful and comfortable environment and it's total chaos and the ones who reach out to manager Molly get told they can break their lease and find a new place to live and tells the tenants to call the police on dealing with the disturbance of the peace of the tenants of building 2110 due to criminal actions of other people's children and tells the tenants who are being harassed to figure out where the children live and take it up with the parents because she doesn't want to put herself and her team in a safety risk but expects the tenants to do what she refused to do. Zero communication from them or their leasing company Indigo Living regarding application for tax credit housing. Breaks my heart to have a company who I’ve always thought actually cared about providing affordable housing that my family so desperately needs to display the unprofessional behavior and extreme lack of care and communication.

I currently live in the Cedarbrooke apartments and when I first moved into the apartments over a year ago, I had no complaints. Now that a new manager and maintenance crew has came in, I have found the apartment complex in a very different state. A few weeks ago, I let the manager know that we had a leaking ceiling and I was advised that they would reach out and it would be taken care of and it never was. I then came home from work one day to find my floor and counter top full of water. Not only that my laptop was also destroyed due to the water running down the side of the countertop. I let the manager know what was going on and how my laptop was completely ruined and she said that when she contacted their only vendor to fix the roof, he had not responded and that he was hard to get ahol
