Hudson Valley Rug Cleaners

They lost my rug, and I now have to file it in small claims court! I was excited to get my rug cleaned. It took over a month for them to clean it, and when they returned the rug it wasn’t even my rug!!! They gave me a random rug I’ve never seen before, and it wasn’t even the same size or color!!! They took back that rug and said they will look for my rug. I gave them a month to look for it. I kept checking in, and they told me I never gave them my rug and that I gave them this random rug I’ve never even seen before! I now have to file a small claim as they won’t replace my rug, and they aren’t going to do anything to make this right.

We trusted them to clean one of our rugs. They lost it and tried replacing it with a completely different rug. They then promised us if it couldn’t be located they would replace it. They then backtracked and said we were lying about the rug. Please make sure you document every aspect of what they do otherwise they will take advantage of you.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff know all about rugs from casual synthetic ones to fine wool treasures. His quote was the same as the final price. Arrived promptly for pick up and delivery and best of all, the rugs now look great and have no chemical smell (I am sensitive to that). Got rid of pet stains, the rugs look good as ever -- all in the expected time frame. We are lucky to have this company in the Hudson Valley.
