⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Denis from Hughes Exterminators was very polite and attentive. He took the time to clearly explain the contract and make sure I understood everything before starting the service. I really appreciated how he listened to all my concerns about pest control in my home and provided helpful information about the timing to keep my dog safe. He covered all the bases and did an excellent job overall. I’ll be providing a follow-up review after my second or third appointment to share how the pest control has been working.

Reliable, trustworthy, great customer service. All are part of a a terrific team. From termite, to pest control services. Very grateful to be part of their team too. Highly recommend and I have been in this area in Citrus County FL since 1989.

I recently switched from another Exterminator (and lawn service) company to Hughes Exterminators (and lawn service) I am so glad I did. The Hughes service technicians are professional, knowledgeable and personable. The technicians explained the service they were about to perform and asked if I had any concerns. Furthermore, the techs are punctual. I am pleased with Hughes, my only regret is that i didn’t switch sooner.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Called them to set up an appointment to have our Ant situation taken care of, and was recommended by a friend that they are good. I was told Eric would be by to take a look and let me know. Eric called and said on the 1st of July, I will let you know what I find. It’s now July 8th and still no word from Eric, called the company again and asked what the status of my ant problem and was told you have to talk to Eric…. WHAT? I have to get ahold of Eric??? Really!!! So I called back and asked how long do I have to wait for Eric to call back. I was told what is my problem, he will call you when he is good and ready. WOW such wonderful customer service. So just wait or call another pest company and one that is less rude!

We have had Klorissa as our tech for just over 1 year. She is professional, friendly and the service is very effective. Last summer she even sprayed two very active wasp nests which got rid of them. (Very Brave) I recommend Hughes as your pest company.
