James was AWESOME!!!! Incredible customer service, and he definitely went above and beyond! He removed a defective part that I was unable to detach. Not only did Hughes have the part in stock that I needed, he connected the new part lickety split! Beyond grateful to him, and would highly recommend Hughes Supply for any of your plumbing needs!

Absolute 5 star service! James knew what I needed before I even had the old shower cartridge out of the ziplock bag. Talk about knowledgeable! I only brought the top half with me so he sent me out with the long and the short version. Took the one I didn’t need back today and picked up the other one I needed to complete both shower and tub. They definitely have my business as long as I can fix things myself!

Wish I had discovered this gem earlier. As they state, they are set up for contractors, but will also serve the public. Things to note: yes, you do need an appointment to see the showroom. And I tell you, if you are looking for good quality items that the box stores don’t have, it is beyond worth it to make an appointment! As far as getting parts for plumbing, as many others stated, they will help the public and they are very knowledgeable. So if you bring in the parts that you need to get replaced, they will definitely know what you’re talking about and be able to assist you. And since they are not a big box store, please note that they have Monday through Friday hours, so if you can plan accordingly, it is worth the trip.

Had to make several different trips this week due to a leak in my kitchen sink. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what I needed. This is the perfect place for all your plumbing needs vs the big box stores.
