When assistance was needed outside of normal business hours, He stayed late to ensure accommodation was provided. The employee's willingness to go above and beyond to assist was impressive. Easy to get the products that the big retail companies dont have and the price is compared to retail. Great people and smooth process to get what you need

I always get great service at the parts counter from Catherine, Devon, Preston and of course Bob-bin. It's nice to deal with people that can put up with my sometimes childish humor and still find the parts I need for repairing drinking fountains. They are all a great group including all the staff that work in the office and the warehouse. Never had a bad experience there and I've been there plenty. I appreciate all your hard work. I didn't forget about you Tony and I miss Bill and Tommy.

This was my first encounter with Hughes, and will not be my last. I needed a wall mounted commode for my home. I had been to other suppliers with no success or suggestions. Devon and Catherine were very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. They did not have one or guarantee if or when they could get one. They called a competitor who had 1 in stock. I was at the end of my rope and they took care of me. This will NOT be the last time I go there to complete my needs.
