I was very nervous when I found out that I was going to need a new roof. However, Matt walked me through the process step by step and I am the proud owner of a brand new fortified roof. It looks beautiful. Hunt Riggs Roofing does an exceptional job from start to finish for their clients. I really need to emphasize how easy they made the insurance process. I have a new roof, repaired interior damage, and the job site was left very neat and clean as well. Matt and Randy were a huge help with everything. At the end, we noticed a little dip in the roof and Randy had his team replace it immediately. They have been professional and honest from the first meeting. They replaced our roof within budget, with very little money down, and even let us choose the installation day. It's the house in the middle of the picture. Now we have a zero-cost fortified roof that can withstand up to 120 mph winds and is expected to last 45 years—what a blessing! The only expense to note is that the grant amount will show up as income on the tax return, but that’s a small price to pay for such lasting peace of mind and protection. I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with Hunt Riggs Roofing after recently having a new fortified roof installed. I solicited quotes from five different companies, met with three, and reviewed the work of two before deciding on Hunt Riggs, and I am very pleased with my choice. Kody was highly attentive to my needs, and both Zach and Kendall were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The laborers were outstanding—efficient and courteous. Furthermore, Hunt Riggs made dealing with the insurance company incredibly easy. I highly recommend their services.

Zach and Kendel at Hunt Riggs Roofing deserve 10 stars!! We had a great experience working with Zach and Kendel. They both are the nicest people and are very knowledgeable in the product and dealing with the insurance. The customer service that these two give is rare! I have koi fish that are 27 years old and I was concerned about debris falling into the pond, because it was next to the house, but they made me feel at ease about it and took extra measures to make sure nothing happened to the pond. They also covered my plants to protect them. The roofers were so nice. They were very neat and cleaned up all the debris and were done in 1 day. Everyone did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!!
