Nathan was at my house within 30 minutes. Within 5 minutes of being here he had already diagnosed the problem and was already fixing it. He got the job done super quick. They are very reasonable with prices also. Within an hour my house was already cooling down. He was very polite and professional. Patriot is the place I will call if I have any more issues and will highly recommend them. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

I chose Patriot to replace the original AC system (heat pump and air handler). They provided the best pricing estimates (for an updated 2-stage system), but I really chose them due to the sense of trust Nathan fostered during his visit. The entire team is top notch. From install to the configuration of my Ecobee thermostat, to my multiple phone calls handled with friendliness and outstanding customer service. They'll have my business for annual maintenance and service in the future, and my highest recommendation.

We called about a problem with our AC unit. They sent out a technician the next day. He was able to fix our unit as well as explain exactly what what wrong and how he would fix it. It’s hard to find a business that is on time, honest, and not out to just make a buck. Would I use them again? Absolutely I would! Will I recommend them to friends and family? Without a doubt!

Nathan and his team were very professional during a very stressful situation I had at my vacation rental condo at Topsail Island whereby the AC went out suddenly and I had guests arriving in a few days during a North Carolina heatwave. Canceling the guests was not an option. As a dedicated business owner committed to excellent customer service, Nathan understood the gravity of the situation, and went over and above through the weekend to make sure we could meet the deadline. My beach rental house filled with guests had an unexpected AC issue. 86degrees inside. Called around to several companies and no one was available. Saw Patriot HVAC on Google so I called them at 9am. Amazingly, they said they could come today. Not only that, they came about 2 hours later. Looked at the issue, repaired the problem and with complete professionalism all before noon on the same day. A capacitor issue....they were prepared to take care of the problem. A great, fair price! Prompt service! How lucky am I to find them. I will always use them for any HVAC issue.
