Huron Garage - Power Parking

Scam parking company. Sign says parking starts at $3. I used my credit card to open the entrance door. No ticket or receipt was issued at that time. All the displays show hourly parking. I arrive back after 1-1.5 hours and when I leave to exit, they are asking me for a ticket/receipt. Of course there are no staff on hand and the only way I could exit was by running my card again. To my dismay the parking charge was now $25. Looks like a bait and switch type scam operation if you ask me. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and will consistently warn the consumer public to stay away from parking here unless this gets resolved.

This parking area should be avoided. An unauthorized charge of over $10 was applied to my card after a brief, 10-minute stay, despite the advertised rate of $3. A superior alternative is available directly across the street.

The elevator does not have buttons to select the floor you need to go to. You have to ask the attendant on the first floor to scan you to the floor you need to go. I asked to go to the 4th floor where my car was…I got sent to the 10th floor. No way to get to the floor I needed. Thankfully someone saw me in distress with a baby in a stroller and came to help. Definitely would not go back and would no way recommend this parking garage.

Sign outside says from $3 an hour but when you pay inside the website requires you to pay for at least a full day.

I parked here on Wednesday evening for a couple hours (8pm-11pm). Should've been charged only $10 but I was charged $21. False advertising.
