My family woke up to everyone's January nightmare this weekend. Our furnace wasn't working and the house was down to 58 degrees. I had called two other places before calling Hurtis. Their tech was the first one who could get to us. He asked what kind of furnace we had, I told him forced air natural gas. He never asked for the brand. When he arrived at my house, he took one look at the furnace and said, "We don't service that brand." And then he left. And he charged me over $250 for walking in and out of my basement. One of the other companies I had called got back to me after he left and their tech was able to resolve the issue, despite the fact that his company also did not specifically service my brand of furnace. It ended up being an issue with the thermostat that was quickly resolved.

Excellent, fast service every time I call with a problem. Kyle and Mason came today and had our furnace up and running in less than 30 minutes and charged only the service call fee . Once again, within a day of calling Hurtis my problem is addressed and fixed. My family would not use any other company and believe in supporting these hard working, family owned businesses.

I had Mitt from Hurtis Heating tune up our natural gas boiler on 11-19-25. Mitt was very courteous and professional, a true pleasure to have working in our home. A great company to do business with.

I called Hurtis, had some troubleshooting and I needed guidance from an expert, and Chad answered the call, super knowledgeable, and just easy to talk with. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them for your HVAC needs.

I would definitely recommend this company for any future replacements or service. Replaced our 50 yr old 80+ Westinghouse with a brand new 90+ Rheem Econet communicating system. The comfort specialist Matt and the installers Loren and Kaden were the best. Yes they are a Trane dealer but Matt had other options as Rheem was a better fit for us cost wise and age of house. Didn't even bother getting other quotes from other HVAC companies for a new system due to quality of install was more important than costs. Worth every dollar we paid for plus some.
