HVAC contractor

Let’s just say there is not one thing I can say it’s good about this company . 1000$ for 2 1/2 Hours job with no parts being replaced ! It takes them long time to come do the job . Worst part is they would give you an estimated repair cost and fixed it half way and then tell you they have no time to come back to finish the job ! You need to find another company! Already filed a complaint with the BBB with this company! DO NOT USE THEM !

Our sink in our office literally came away from the wall and fell to the ground. Knott Mechanical sent out a gentleman named Javone to repair it. This guy was awesome he fixed everything and explained to me what he was doing throughout the process. He also cleaned up the bathroom and was very nice and polite.

From the time they arrived to the time they left it was exactly 32 minutes. Two new parts were needed to complete the job. The MSRP for these two parts combined are $27.99. I was invoiced $112.38 for materials and 1 1/2 hours of work at a rate of $169.50 per hour. Total invoice is $366.63. This job should have been sub $150. I've called the office several times, always sent to VM and never a return call. Find another company!

The worst ever!!! They kept telling me they'll be out and I put work order in 4 days ago and people are in the freezing store without heater working. If they told me they won't be able to get out, I would've called some other companies, but they kept telling me they would get out and call me back which they never did. I had to constantly call to follow up. 4 days after I put it work order and following up, they told me to call someone else. THE WORST EVER!!!!

Knott MechAnical replaced a fire hydrant which is now leaking and they ran a pipe underground which we found is not connected to anything. The work was done months ago and paid for. They will not take our calls and thus far they have refused to come out here to look at their work and correct their mistakes. Worst company I have ever dealt with!
