Excellent work. The payment process was straightforward with Lucas's Best HVAC Installers. I wish more AC repair services operated like them. A common issue I've encountered is an additional 5% charge on card payments due to improper setup. Considering we're experiencing a "coin shortage" and the services can run into hundreds if not thousands, Lucas's Best HVAC Installers made a smart decision by facilitating electronic payments and quotations. I had to reach out to them a week later to check on the schedule of the AC repair, but this minor inconvenience was balanced by the simplicity of signing and paying. It was a delight to work with Gage and the team in Orem.

We had both our gas furnace and HVAC system serviced by Lucas's Best HVAC Installers. The technicians, Josiah and Cole, were incredibly knowledgeable and vital to the process! We were so impressed by their expertise that we enrolled in their "Platinum Guard Membership" - something we typically wouldn't do. Overall, we are very satisfied!
