Our furnace died this past Sunday as the temps were about to plummet. Knowing nothing about HVAC, I panicked because I didn’t know where to turn, especially coming off of Christmas weekend and New Years quickly approaching. A good friend of mine suggested I call Sean. He answered right away (on Sunday) and was able to help us get our current unit safely turned off with a quick FaceTime chat. After assessing our needs, he ordered us a new furnace. On the coldest day of the year my heating system stopped working. I called quite a few places and could not get an appointment within 24 hours until I called HVAC Proz and spoke with Shaun. Shaun is the owner of the company and was able to come to my house within an hour and fix the issue. Shaun was professional and charged a fair price in my opinion. The technicians, Daniel and Cameron were extremely competent, professional and friendly. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the install with a sharp focus on safety, and ensuring that the project was completed in compliance with local building codes and the manufacturer's requirements. Sean's son Daniel came out twice to service my furnace. First for the cleaning and he showed me everything he did and what needed to be repaired. Very knowledgeable and nice. The second time Daniel came out for the repairs, he was meticulous to make sure it was running as good as it can since it's an old furnace and kept making sure I knew what he was doing. Sean is good with communication he called back within a day to set up an appointment. Great company and great service I highly recommend them.
