We have had our ups and downs with HVAC in the last few years, but HVAC services got us set up with a new unit and the tech was great! We REALLY appreciate Mr Mark and him going out of his way to help us resolve some issues! Please please reach out to him if you have any problems! I wish I would’ve been directed to him from the beginning!

I am a disabled veteran who was searching for a solution to my problem heating and cooling an extension of my home and I was told that they could fix my problem with a Trane 21 seer split system that I paid a fortune for and from the very beginning I have had nothing but trouble with the unit and it has never been able to maintain a 74 degree temp in my room if it was 90 degrees or more outside!! I was told that it was a common problem that a lot of their customers have and I should be satisfied with what I have!! So if you want blow a lot of money on a high priced system that never does the job they say it will, they will be happy to hook you up and leave you hanging and if there is any way they can weasel Out of doing what they said they would do for you they will. My home being 1600 ft.² I was told a unit that HVAC services sold me was rated for 1700 ft.². Having little knowledge that what that meant was that it was not nearly large enough to heat and air condition the home adequately as it was maxed out constantly. For example I can’t keep my house heated at 68 during the winter nor have it cooler than 74 in summer. Those temps keep it running all of the time. And I have brought up the issue multiple times with them but just get told “it should be good enough”. Now after only 2 1/2 years, I have had to call the company at minimum 5 to 6 times to not only service it but fix multiple issues with it. And instead of taking responsibility and eating the cost of their mistake and me pay the difference if I want to upgrade, they are going to put it all on

I had my furnace worked on and fixed on the same day. The technician was really nice and professional. The price to get everything checked and fixed was not expensive, as I thought it would have been. The tech even installed a new thermostat for me. Thank you guys for a great customer experience. Update: 10/10 great service the first time, this time......2/10......... Very disappointed at the tech for spending 5 minutes to say he can't work on the unit due to my house not being a stick built home. Lame reason to get back home ASAP. I guess not being charged for a 90 degree house is the consolation prize? Time to move on to a new company.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about this group. Coldest day of the year! I called before 7 am, they responded within the hour. A complete new unit installed in the bitter cold, snow and wind chills. I can’t say thank you enough. Now I have a nice warm house just in time for Christmas!
