The owner who came out to look and and bid the project was clearly a professional and directed the project well. The work was completed on schedule (actually, ahead of schedule), and with no "extras" or issues at all. The system is functioning very well, and we have had no need for any callbacks or follow-ups. HVACerz and the owner Barsin provide extremely high quality service! We needed a new heat pump and called HVACerz, in part because of the good reviews on Yelp and Google. We were not disappointed in selecting them based on the reviews. They not only met, but exceeded our high expectations. Barsin and his team clearly communicated, were prompt with all appointments and of high quality in delivering HVAC installation service. As with any complex replacement and installation there were a few challenges. Those challenges were met with a rapid, professional and competent response. We can’t recommend this team highly enough!

Barsin was great in explaining and providing my options with free estimates. He answered all my questions. Naheri my main tech came out on time on day of install and worked with electricians to complete the install of my new Heat Pump. Everything is working well and we are happy with the clean professional work HVACerz did.
