I had a unique situation because I was out of town when repairs were urgently needed due to water leak in a bathroom. HWG came to the rescue with a smooth process, excellent communication and unbelievably fair prices. I recommend them to the highest degree possible.

Buyer beware - horrible experience! Bathroom remodel project was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. We pointed out to HWG that the shower wall had two different grout colors after the grout had dried. We were told to please be patient as the colors will become uniform after some time. We have since followed up with HWG on a monthly basis over the following 12 months and have continually been told they are either researching potential solutions or following up with their grout vendor. We are now 14 months after the project started, 12 months after the final invoice has been paid and no resolution. The last communication from HWG was a text message indicating WE would need to pay $500 to seal the grout, which may or may not resolve the issue. Working with John and Adam was such an enjoyable experience for us. They finished our basement adding 2 bedrooms with large walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, media closet, kitchenette, storage and large family/TV living space. Any problems or questions we had before, during and after the process were taken care of promptly. There will always be hiccups when doing construction but HWG was always up front with us and worked well within our budget. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if need arises.
