Hyatt Regency Hotel Garage

Horrible experience. The day time attendants were very nice and helpful at check in. When I returned , I experienced a very rude female attendant that told me that I couldn’t leave and kept further harassing after I was explaining to her the previous attendant told me that it’s charged daily and that the time would simply start over. She was so disgusting and rude I decided not to go anywhere my entire stay…I spoke to the manager and he said “I’m sorry”… but offered nothing else. I will not return here.

Over the past month, I was working from the Hyatt Regency Jersey City and parking my car there 18 times. Joseph was always friendly and helpful in making sure he and his colleagues took guy are of both me and my car. I was very pleased with the service he provided.

The staff was professional! They took excellent care of our vehicle! Joseph at front desk of the valet service was outstanding! This is the valet service at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson in Jersey City! These PROS CAN TAKE OF MY CAR ANYTIME!

Worst parking experience ever. Tried to charge me for 3 days for less than 48 hrs self parking. EV charging only available if you do valet at $54.
