If you want somebody that is completely unreliable, this is your man, Tim Gooden. First impression is good and then it’s downhill from there. I accepted his initial bit of approximately $15,000 without even negotiating. From that point he failed to show up as promised on numerous occasions and would not even provide the courtesy of responding to texts or voicemails asking him when he would be showing up in the future. Eventually we were forced to go with another contractor. I suggest you save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I also suggest you look at his Yelp reviews as I am certain that some or all of the other reviews listed here are not from actual customers.

I DO NOT RECOMEND this contractor. Last June Tim Gooden of Hyper Construction replaced a driveway at my house in Temecula. Shortly after the pour it began to crack. Not just surface cracks but cracks through the entire slab. I notified him and he came to take a look. He promised to repair the driveway. Now 7 months later and after multiple delays and no shows he ignores my text and calls completely. I highly recommend not using Hyper Construction.

Great work, fast, honest, and reliable. I will definitely be using them for all my landscaping and construction needs, as well as referring to all friends and family. Thanks Tim!
