Communication was not great from the start and I should have trusted my gut. We gave them $700 based on their recommendation that a new motor would solve our problem. It did not. Even with the new motor our house reached temperatures above °80 during the day and was having to run constantly to even maintain that which would drive our power bill through the roof. I reached out to them twice with a phone call and a text message and was told they would come back the next day and they did not show or reach out. I ended up having another company come out and spending even more, but at least now the other company is giving a long warranty and communicating with me about what I truly needed to keep my house cool. Big shout out to Jason . I have been working with him for many years. He came right over as soon as I called. He diagnosed the problem and actually showed me what was going on - took the time to explain the issue. Provided me with a few resolutions, but ultimately decided to have a brand new unit placed in. Wiithin a day new unit was installed and everything‘s working wonderful, I highly recommend the company along with Jason thank you very much for your prompt and courteous attention.
