I had a horrible experience with Idaho Cleaning Services! We ordered a carpet cleaning at my son's apartment. They gave me an estimate of $150-$210. When they arrived my son decided to only have the main room and hallway cleaned and NOT the bedroom, so he took off a whole entire room they did NOT have to clean. They still charged us $210 and said we had a "pet area" he does NOT own a pet and on top of it they charged us for the time the workers sat in traffic coming from Caldwell to Boise, are you freaking kidding?!. It was not a great cleaning, the workers went so fast there was no way they could have cleaned it thoroughly! This was a TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH, PLEASE HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Friendly and helpful service, fantastic job cleaning! I was considering throwing out a recliner because of its heavy staining and odor but decided to give Idaho Cleaning Services a crack at it first. Looks like a brand new chair now. The technician said it took three solutions to get the staining out, so I know he had his work cut out for him! I definitely would recommend for any upholstery cleaning you may need.

I had Idaho Cleaning Service clean my sectional sofa after it had been in storage for 3 months. Wow, the tech that came out was kind, professional and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend them. My sofa looks brand new and the funky smells completely gone. I will definitely use them again.

We have a herringbone brick floor with white grout in our kitchen, pantry, and laundry rooms. We have been unable to get the dirt out of the grout; scrubbing and washing couldn’t get the heavy traffic areas anywhere close to looking clean. Idaho Cleaning Services made them look like new in under an hour, and then put down another coat of sealant. The price was amazing, the service was top-notch and we haven’t been this excited with our floors since they were new. Will definitely set up a regular cleaning service with ICS going forward.

They are fantastic!! They were on time, very respectful, great price, professional and worked hard to obtain wonderful results. I will definitely call them again and refer everyone I know. Can't say enough good things about this company
