I called Idaho fire and flood Restoration at 0850 on a Sunday morning to repair a leak in my ceiling light. John and Lincoln were at my house at around 1030. I was amazed and very appreciative of the quick response time. They were fast and efficient. They explained everything as they were doing it and checked things I wouldn’t even think about. Excellent service and very respectful. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have another leak.

I had a great experience with Idaho Fire and flood. Chad, John and Lincoln were very professional and courteous. They always kept me informed on their timelines and when they would arriving and how long they would be needing to stay and work. The sub contractors they used; Anthony for the flooring and Jose for the reconstruction work were also very professional. If I ever need to get flood damage repaired again, I would reach out to this team.

They handled both the flooring and carpet cleaning at my home, and the results were outstanding. John took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Everything looks brand new again — highly recommend their services!

We had a sneaky leak in our roof make a moist place that created a little mold in our upstairs closet. One of their techs John Martinez did an awesome job getting us straightened out. Super polite, very professional, and was respectful of our home. 10 out of 10 would recommend. 👍

So far it’s been an incredible experience working with Idaho fire and flood restoration. I’d definitely like to recognize the team I’m working with, Justin, Preston, Jeremy and Rai, I just have to say “Wow”, within 45 minutes of the claim they were here at my address taking care of everything, setting up the drying fans to removing the flooring to have dried, to taking out damaged vanities everything.
