An extremely professional Team that I would highly recommend. Ideal turned a disaster that was left to me on a new workshop construction build project into a thing of beauty. Ideal did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, at a fair price.

Lowell was tricky, dishonest and down right disrespectful with me after he quoted us several different types of flooring. He could have been more transparent with his expectations compared to ours. We walked into this experience with a specific time frame and he agreed he could do so until I added those specific agreed upon terms to the purchase agreement. We dodged a bullet by not using him for our floor. -To your response: if this was made clear In any way I would not be leaving this review as we would not have gone any further in the process with you. In multiple conversations the time frame was discussed and each time I was assured our requested time frame would be OK. Thanks.

Upgraded old commercial tile in our customer reception area to epoxy flooring. We have an older building with a mix of concrete and wood flooring so our job was challenging. The level of prep they did to ensure the new floor would last for a long time was amazing. Professional every step of the way and always did what they promised. Highly recommend Ideal Coatings.

We had a special request of imperfect, knotted, different colors and grains flooring - they built a one of a kind master piece in 2002.It is located at 313 S 3rd st Goshen. Still looks wonderful.Dean is a great estimator- and they keep their word.A+
