I don't think that there are words available to fairly describe my interactions with Superior Hardscapes and their crew, specifically JR Miller. From the quality of their work, to the professionalism of their crews, to the intergity and ethics their business operates from, it is all unmatched at the highest level possible. When a project at my house had some unfortunate issues (that were directly related to product and not installation) they stood behind their work and spent a countless amount of time going to bat for us with the manufacturer of the product. They used extra resources to make sure we were completely satisfied - always making sure we were communicated with and apolgizing for circumstances that were beyond their control. We worked with Superior to design and build our backyard oasis. They went above and beyond for anything we ever expected of a company. Their craftsmanship, innovative designs, and customer service is top notch. There wasn’t any request or idea thrown at them, that they couldn’t do; really each time, they outdid it! Superior went above and beyond to match (or beat) our timeline and we couldn’t have been more grateful. Whether it was a 90 degree day or frigid and icy, they worked through it all. This company is the real deal! They installed 243 feet of decorative concrete curbing for us in half of a day with a crew of four people. It. Looks. AMAZING!!!! All four guys performed many different duties meaning everyone was doing something all the time. No standing around waiting for something to get done so they could “do their thing”. When they saw what needed done next, they just did it. No one had just one particular job. They all knew what needed done and they just did it. Such a well-oiled machine. It was fascinating to watch the process as it was being done as I’d never seen it done before. Everyone was very personable and professional and they did a great job of cleaning everything up when they were done. Cost wise we felt they were very reasonable. Even my neighbors love it

Justin and the entire Superior crew did an outstanding job on our front step replacement. From design to final clean up. We would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Justin and his team installed a 400 sq ft patio with grand flagstone. Great to work with from initial consultation, preparing the bid, keeping us informed as material was delayed due to COVID supply chain interruption and on through installation. They were in and out in less than two days with a well organized installation team. The three things that sum up our experience are great communication, excellent knowledge, very high value.
