Lee gave us fair estimates and took his time to answer our questions and address our concerns by explaining the technical aspects of different models of AC units. Technician Evan, Drew and Mattel worked together as an amazing team. They were professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Element Masters is awesome. They show up on time. They’re very pleasant and efficient. I felt for the service that I got he did not gouge me at all. He was so pleasant. I asked him about the guy who had showed up the year before for my furnace and he said it was his brother. Obviously, their mother did a great job!

I called the staff at element Masters to do a service on my AC unit. The office staff was super friendly and accommodating to our schedule. The service tech was super polite, knowledgeable, and explain things very well. Pricing was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

We couldn’t be more happy with our experience with Element Masters. Zach and Evan went above and beyond to make sure our new AC unit was installed correctly and that it worked properly. They were knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining the installation process. They both were very respectful of our property inside and out. Quick response anytime I reached out to them during the process. I'm very OCD and a diy person. I was very happy with how the overall finished product looked. Would highly recommend them.
