Ideal Windows, Doors and Siding

I absolutely love my new windows from Ideal Window & Door Supply! I had 4 quotes total from different companies and these were the most affordable. The whole process from start to finish was easy and a good turn around. The installation was great and the guys were very knowledgeable. Update: after about 4 months, I noticed some issues with the installation. I have a lot of gaps around the window trim and some issues with gaps in the fascia outside that were not sealed. Can no longer get a hold of anyone at the company.

Ideal Windows came through again. We live in an old farmhouse and have had Ideal replace all the windows in our house except for a couple that we are planning to have replaced soon. We recently had them add a transom windows above our front door. It looks great and really brightens up the entryway. They do great work, can handle jobs big and small, and are able to overcome the curveballs that our old house throws at them.

I am so incredibly greatful to Ideal Windows for such an amazing experience! Chrissy was a phenomenal help! She's very knowledgeable on product, prices and special features when I was considering options. Jackson (Owner) took time to show me in person all they had to offer in the beautiful showroom. I was so greatful to get his honest opinion. Jackson broke down the operation/benefits of my window choice, and gave advice that I desperately need for my 100 year old home. Since replacement I've received a Mid American energy audit relaying a 23% energy improvement! And my monthly bill went from $230 to $156. Thank you to everyone at Ideal Windows, Doors and Siding! My Windows are a gorgeous much needed improvement!

No idea what’s going on with this business but they have awful customer service. I started a chat online for a quote for new windows and was disconnected 3 times. Then I called the office and lady had an “oh well” attitude and said the business was closing at the end of the month. No idea what’s going on with the business but stay away

Ideal windows replaced all the windows in our house. They were easy to work with as we were deciding what type of windows we wanted to go with. The showroom had samples to look at and they were never pushy. Ideal Window's customer service is excellent. They were came back out promptly and addressed any concerns with no problem.
