I just recently found IDI. I love this place. Family-owned, fast, and friendly. Wish I would have found them a long time ago.
I got there an hour before my appointment time.. unloaded right away. Guy was super nice.. I saw other reviews about jumping a curb but I think maybe they removed said curb. Backing a semi is easy. Plenty of room.
DO NOT CROSS OVER THE CURB if you unloading in the back. Luckily for me warehouse guys pulled me back. For semi truck it is extremely tight to get in and out. It's doable but a good challenge for full size truck with a sleeper. Also pretty busy place, a lot of trucks delivering for such a small warehouse. my appt was at 8:30 per rate con and 9am per reciever. I got there at 8:20 and did not get door till 10am. Little bit over 1 hour to get empty.Recieving people a friendly and will try to give you tips how to back in. DO NOT CROSS OVER THE CURB if you unloading in the back. Luckily for me warehouse guys pulled me back.
Every experience I've had with IDI has been great! They've filled every order exactly as specified and even helped me out when I ordered wrong. Definitely recommend 👍🏻
