Our experience working with Rock Solid Creations, from sales (Jay) and scheduling (Heather) was great. Jay was friendly, and knowledgeable, explained everything in detail to us, and we never felt rushed. Heather called us to introduce herself and explained the process and scheduling for our new countertops. Great team, and we will recommend RSC to our friends and family.

Jay was great! He came to the house with samples and talked about options. He then met me at the supplier to look at large slabs to get a better idea of what the counters would look like. Very helpful with his suggestions and expertise!

This was an excellent experience. Everyone that we worked with was professional and sincerely dedicated to making sure that we were satisfied with the final product. The countertops turned out exactly as described and expected. Bud was very helpful on the front end, by helping us to select the surface that we were looking for and by always answering our questions promptly. Cory's measurements ensured that the cut was perfect (our walls aren't exactly square), and Austin and Jesse did a great job with the install; the seams are color matched and super smooth. Overall, this was a great team to work with.

The entire team at RSC was great to work with. The installers did a GREAT job. They were prompt, professional and made sure I was happy with the finished product. Can’t wait to work with the RSC team again.
