They are a well run company. The staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trade and are always able to provide answers for specific problems I come across in the field. I have ordered hundreds of deliveries from IDI and have never been disappointed. They deliver on time (which is very important to me) and their delivery drivers even help unload. Good people.

IDI has taken care of me every time I've come in. Same deal as some previous reviews. I was looking for OC703/SAFB for my recording studio and nobody had it. IDI not only had it, they had cheaper prices everywhere I could find and gave me a discount on top of that. Recently I went through a remodel at my studio and needed to source cellulose insulation- Louis hooked it up yet again for a great price. I ended up finding what I needed on clearance as a total fluke and returned most of my purchase with IDI. They returned my purchase with a smile on their face and said they were just happy I caught a break and said they're available for my next purchase when the time comes. Solid company. Will be coming back soon.

Unloader is nice and helpful. They start you right at the appointment time. Takes about an hour or so to unload a full truck. Friendly people. I usually get there a night before and go to sleep at their dock.

Everyone I have worked with has been great, very friendly and knowledgeable about inventory and products. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing business with them!

Good price, well worth the 45 mi trip for me to get it from them
