I ordered bathroom cabinetry from IHome, and the experience was great. The sale was very patient throughout the process and helped answer all my questions. The final result and delivery quality were very satisfying. I’ll definitely come back for future remodel projects in other areas of the house.

Yesterday I had a horrible experience at iHome. I’m an interior designer, and I took some customers there who were looking to remodel their kitchen, I went based on a colleague’s recommendation. When we walked in, a sales associate asked what we were looking for, and I explained that we wanted to design a kitchen but just wanted to take a quick look first. While my customers was looking at the cabinets, she tried to take a few photos, and the saleswoman suddenly yelled at her in a really harsh tone, saying, “NO PHOTOS ALLOWED” It was so loud that it actually scared my customer. The entire time we were there, she didn’t bother to help us, answer questions or guide us in any way, she was only following us to make sure we didn’t take any pictures or like we were doing something wrong. Then,

Try to avoid this place! The store person I interacted with was horrible and dishonest. She delayed in providing design drawings despite multiple follow ups. What’s worst is her ridiculous quote. I am very disappointed.

I saw ihome from little red book, after I send them all the question what I want for my little living room, eveything go so smooth, price is very reasonal , now I can put all my beloning in these cabinet, I love it and finish as pretty and fast as what they promise, will recommed it to all my friend!
