Restaurant - My first time trying of Swedish food was here. I loved vegan options like plant balls platter, also cakes, and other stuff. They got pretty good meat stuff as well. Shopping - There were plenty of options for every part of the house, We don’t need to spend time in modelling the house which IKEA made it easier for us, we just have to look at the options they have chosen for us. One bad part is Even if we don’t have any plans to buy something, we will definitely get impressed here and buy things. So need to be careful of the temptations this store is causing😅

RE: Unresolved Delivery Issue and Repeated Customer Service Failures I am writing to formally document what has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had with any retailer in years. I ordered four Billy bookcases with height extension units. When the order was delivered, one of the height extension units was broken. I immediately notified the delivery driver and then called customer service to request a replacement. I was told the item was a “last chance to buy” product and that no inventory was available to replace it. Shortly after that call, I went online and discovered that if I added three of the same height extension units to my cart, home delivery was suddenly available. I am going to review the "Swedish Restaurant" at the IKEA... It was on a Tuesday, not everything was available, but after asking a few questions, we made some decisions. I had the Cod dinner which came with peas and mashed potatoes and gravy and a drink. My son got the Chicken tenders with mac-n-cheese. We also added two slices of garlic bread. And we added a chocolate cake and a carmel crunch cake. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars were the fact that several of the tables were dirty and it took us awhile to find clean ones. But - all of the food was just great! So good. It was like dining at a local diner or hole-in-the-wall place offering some good comfort food. I enjoyed the cod and veggies so much. Huge furniture and accessories store for almost everything that you need for a house. It is so intuitive that anyone can figure out what to buy and even design as per their needs. They do have design specialists who can help you figure out what and how to build anything. They have labelled every screw, nut and wood, so that you can find a replacement. However the quality of the furniture is not that great. It will breakdown with rough use. Also the prices are high compared to the quality. Checkout took 15 to 20 minutes. They were doing some remodeling but still had some counters that they left closed and only opened after the lanes grew really long. I don't like that they make you walk thru the whole store even if you want just a few items.
