IKON Windows and Doors

We are just so happy with our experience all around. Every single person on the Ikon team delivered superb service. Timothy gave us great recommendations without pressuring sales on us. He helped us make such great decisions on our purchases, designs, and financing. Don communicated with us clearly and effectively about the entire timeline of the project and scheduling. I didn’t meet the installers but my husband raved about them and the quality work. Maya was such a great point person for the project and what was needed. And the products we got exceeded our expectations. Our energy usage has dropped by $6/day now. Our front door is exactly what we wanted-stylish and beautiful while cost effective and impact rated. The windows are easy to open, secure and impact rated, efficient and huge!

Inefficient, high turnover of employees, missed several schedule deadlines, incorrect items ordered/sent, 18 months to complete a max 3 month job, NO communication from President of Company (can't even speak with him via phone, email, txt, anything!) and poor communication with workers. THAT is what you can expect if you hire IKON! Windows and doors themselves are great! Highly recommend obtaining hurricane resistant windows/doors, just not from IKON!

This is the third set of doors I’ve had installed by Ikon. Their customer service is excellent. From the first phone call, every part of the process was professional and friendly. My installers came early and worked hard to leave my home in perfect condition. I highly recommend Ikon Windows and Doors!
