The spring on my garage door snapped, so it wouldn’t open. My cars were stuck inside. They offered to send someone to take a look and quote services on a Sunday evening. I declined and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. They were communicative about their ETA. They arrived and immediately spotted the issue, provided a quote, and completed the work in a timely manner. They were very professional and informative along the way. Definitely would do business with them in the future if the need is there.

Called when my garage door spring broke, he offered to come out same day but since my car wasn’t stuck in the garage I felt that wasn’t necessary, it was getting late. The crew came out the next day and had it finished before I got home from work. And their pricing was fair which is a big plus!

Very happy with Illiana Garage Door Services. One evening my garage door was off track and I was unable to close it . I phoned Illiana the next morning and they were able to service me the same day. They replaced the needed parts and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Top notch service! Most companies would have told me to replace my garage door but Ruben took care of me and installed a new opener and fixed up my old door to get me thru. Super professional and really quick response and service!
