Thank you to Lansing Heating and Air for a great job on my new furnace and air install. The two tech’s were professional and did an awesome job, thank you guys! My 8 yr old furnace was a single stage and very loud, I was happy when it died! Todd recommended the Carrier Performance two stage system and I am thrilled with this unit . It is really a quiet furnace, money well spent! Thank you again!!!

Have been a customer of Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 30 years. Rich has been coming out to do maintenance on my HVAC system for the past 20 years. Rich is very thorough with the cleaning and up front about what needs to be done. They are more than willing to schedule maintenance to fit your schedule. It's been great doing business with them for all these years. Plan to buy next HAVC system from then when it's time to replace the current one.

Heat went out during the recent cold snap. I called after hours. They called me back at 8am the following day as this was only a garage heater. No emergency. John was here at 9am. The part I needed was in stock at the Lansing shop. John came back and by 230pm we were warm as toast. Thank you for the awesome service. You definitely have my business. And John was great.
