They do design an incredible staircase but are TERRIBLE communicators. They over promise- under deliver. Completely has turned our house timeline upside down. Only use them if you don't care when your stairs are completed.

Kevin and his whole crew are great to work with. They are professional and honest in every way. The quality of product they produce is top notch. They made the process easy and I can say that they were my best vendor/subcontractor I dealt with. My experience was from being both a purchasing manager and project manager while with Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Nashville. Don't hesitate to use these guys for all your stair needs.

From start to finish our staircase was done quickly and within budget. Don was easy to get ahold of and had our materials ordered within a week. Sam came out to install our stairs and did an outstanding job!! I would recommend Image Design Stairs to anyone looking to remodel their stairs!! Great experience and they made it easy on us. Please don't waste your time. I contacted Image Design Stairs around July 1st or 2nd using their on-line submission form. I was excited; I was able to describe my project and then upload my architectural plans. On Thursday, July 5th I had not yet received a call so I called their office and got a very helpful office person who apologized and said she would have Randy Coleman give me a call. On Friday, I had not yet heard from Randy so I called the office again. That afternoon, Randy returned my call but I was unable to answer the phone. I called him back on Saturday morning but was fine waiting until Monday for a return call.
