I used Impact Media Construction for repairs after a flood in my home. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, friendly and did a beautiful job. I would most definitely recommend them!

Insurance contracted this company to do a bathroom remodel for us, huge mistake. Robinson hardly ever showed up, sent a guy who shouldnt even been working, they messed up my shower knob, asked me what kind of shower wall I wanted then proceeded to bring a different one and installed it anyway, could see the liquid nail behind it, it started peeling off the wall within a week. Painted our bathroom with the wrong paint(that we had paid for) put shelves in and couldnt even get the nails straight so we have a bunch of nails just sticking out all in the closet, the guy constantly said he'd be back to clean up and "finish" the next day and then wouldn't show back up for 3-4 days leaving my wife to clean up his mess EVERY time he did come. I went through alacrity from State Farm when I had a tree fall through my house. This was our first and only claim so we weren’t sure on the process. We just wanted the tree out so we went with who alacrity set us up with - impact media construction. Worst mistake ever. Communication was terrible, was lied to, the work done looked like something a 12 year old did and it took over almost 3 months to get the HUGE hole fixed in the side of our house. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

A tree fell on my house and went through this company to get the tree off of the house and repair the damage. I was charged $2200 to take the tree off of my house and that didn't include removing the wood nor did he repair the damages. Stay far away from this company. Never called me back after I called and texted him several times either.

This was the best company we worked with throughout our home abatement/repair. Everything went smoothly, they have great communication, and our basement looks amazing.
