Impark - 1700 7th Avenue Lot 10

We had a smooth entry, easy parking, and quick exit. Well lit facility. Friendly staff. Will definitely utilize this parking garage again.

Getting in was fine. Leaving after the show at the Paramount was a nightmare. Took forever to get an elevator (no stair option) and then 45 minutes to exit the garage.

Worst garage ever. This garage sells parking for events partnering with ticketmaster for venues like the Paramount. You'd think they would be prepared for the amount of people parking there on an event night. Nah takes about 2 hours to get out with 3 people working, one lane open. The re-entry through the lobby isn't even open to get back. You have to sneak through the exit and try not to get hit. AVOID and just get a rideshare.

Great parking structure great attendance helping out with people with theirs in town made it easy to park here for the event at the Paramont. That was just a really long wait to get out of the building but that is to be expected the car safe and secure.

Good space. Loved the cards that were made available to help you locate your car again! Wish there was more than one entrance though. The line for the elevator after our show was a block long.
