Impark - Broadway Market Lot 154

Do not park at this garage. Claims to be 24 hours but got locked in and was told no one could get my vehicle and me until 5am. Luckily a very kind gentleman opened the gate, not sure if he was an angel or maybe just security but he saved my night and I feel like this review needed to be left here.

I was told there would be a gate at night, but I have yet to see any form of secure parking. The property manager is difficult to get into contact with and seems dismissive of issues. Impark customer service will not help and seems to not be aware of the actual state of this garage. The Impark website also double charged my card without actually setting up an account. I had to wait on hold for hours to get into contact with someone. I was given "credit" to park instead of a refund. Within 2 weeks of using this garage my SUV was broken into and my motorcycle was damaged in an attempt to steal it. I would highly recommend parking somewhere else.

Even though QFC seems perpetually under staffed the employees are kind and take time to answer questions.

it’s a scam and discrimination. They ticket only my car because it’s the only luxury car in the lot even though I was only there for less than 15 minutes. The parking attendant didn’t ticket any other cars, seems like a targeted thing to only nicer vehicle.

Deceptive signage leading you to believe you are in a "free lot under 30 mins" then they nail you with a $75 ticket for "failing to register" if you made a simple mistake in not reading the fine print. (Hint: I guess it's on a separate sign somewhere and easy to miss) Seems like they are running an intentional scam. If you call them they won't budge.
